Download the prescribed application format from the website or type it neatly on A4 size paper as per the available format on the website https://aiia.gov.in. The application form for direct recruitment is Application Form – II.
Sign the application form and enclose self-attested copies of all relevant certificates, mark sheets, testimonials supporting age, educational qualifications, work experience, caste/community/PWD status in the prescribed format by the Government of India.
